Gran Hotel de la Isla

Our sister property, The Gran Hotel De La Isla offers 45 comfortable rooms on the Island of Flores. Recently built, the Gran Hotel De La Isla is located on the South Side Beach of Flores. Beautiful Lake Peten Itza is surrounding the Island of Flores and some rooms offer a view onto the lake. The Gran Hotel also counts with two rooms that are handicap accessible and feature balconies. It is reachable on a short drive of about 10 minutes from the airport of Flores and is a good starting point for your Tikal and Peten excursions. Their onsite, full service restaurant and bar overlook the lake and offer local and international cuisine.

All rooms at the Gran Hotel De La Isla feature air-conditioning, cable TV, ceiling fan and telephone. Easily accessible, in the center of the Hotel, you will find a nice swimming pool and a smaller pool for kids. The Gran Hotel also counts with a modern Conference Center for 300 persons and divisions for private events.
